This supplement works great, highly recommend this one! I like that I just have to take this 3 or 4 times a week to get my weekly dosage of vitamin D. Overall I feel that I have more energy and that is helping immune system and hormones too
I take this every morning with my magnesium and although I didn't notice much in the beginning after a while I started realizing that I do not feel as tired midday as before. Highly recommend for someone who wants to feel more awake in their day to day life

This vitamin D supplement is great. For anyone who lives in the northern hemisphere - you should be supplementing with this from august till february every year to keep your levels where they should be and also your energy will thank you, trust me on this I know from personal experience how big of a difference it can make :)

I have taken vitamin D because of my low levels but I could not find a brand that had high ui enough but still a good price at the same time, until I found Pureclinica! Good price and very high amount of iu vitamin d per capsule so I can afford taking this supplement

I was D deficient for months but couldn't find a good enough vitamin D supplement to bring my levels back t normal. I started using Pureclinicas Vitamin D since it has such a high UI amount which makes it easy (and cheap) to get a high dose every week. The fatigue I have been feeling has been getting alleviated and the only thing I have changed is that I started using this supplement so I can say for sure this is what has been helping me. The capsules are small but potent, really easy to take. VItamin D is produced by the body in sunlight and since I don't get much of it this is a good supplement to take and taking this gives me the levels I want and need

Vitamin D is important for energy levels but also for calcium consumption and bones. My low vitamin D levels were causing my bones to not heal like the should because of calcium deficiency too. Started using Pureclinica's vitamin D and my bones have a better chance at healing properly

The vitamin D from Pureclinica comes in small capsules that are really easy to swallow. My issue is that they stick together though and sometimes it can be hard to get them out. I keep mine in the fridge now though, and that helped some. It's very common with all vitamin D supplements.

I have vitamin D deficiency and have been taking vitamin D for a long time. I was recently told to increase my dosage and most supplements in the higher dosages are so expensive but with Pureclinica I can get my higher doses in without it costing too much!

This vitamin D is he best I have found. Pureclinica Vitamin D1 10000ui works at advertised. My D levels has increased substantially, made my physician happy to see and me too. I have not used a different vitamin D in the past so I can not compare it to that but this is good and I will keep using it
This vitamin D supplement gives a good daily dose of vitamin D. Just remember that vitamin D needs fat to absorb, so you should take it with a mean containing fat to ensure it all gets absorbed

It's either raining or dark most parts of the year where I live and have been struggled to keep adequate levels of vitamin d through most of my life.
