It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received it. I have sent several emails, but there has been no response. I am starting to wonder if this company has gone out of business.

The product (Hyaluronic Acid) is great. However I was promised to have my shipping cost of $19.99 refunded, but that has not occurred. Email from us.pureclinica.com ([****]) dated Dec. 30th, 2024 stated I would receive refund.. Please follow up for me. Thank you, Tom

It's hard to review a product that I have not received yet! I will give it an honest review if and when the product I ordered shows up at my residence!

As of today, 1/20/25, I have not received the order I placed online on 12/28/24! Your order fulfillment is TERRIBLE. This is not the first time you failed to promptly ship and deliver an order to me. I’m going to start looking at competitive quality fish oil products that have better customer service.

I am an early septuagenarian who has been taking Bilberry supplements for decades and only wear 3.5 power reading glasses for tiny print. What I appreciate most about the "Pureclinica Bilberry Extract" is that I only need 1 tablet a day due to its potency and I no longer have to order another brand every month. I received an opened and empty package. I was told I'd be sent another package of which I haven't received yet.

I’ve been taking this for years and can only assume it is helping my knee because despite being bone on bone, I am walking without any aides. I am careful on uneven ground but still am able to walk on uneven ground. And it hasn’t hurt my skin either!

I have been using this product for some time now. It works. I especially enjoy its providing moisture to my eyes so I do not have to take drops, etc. for dry eyes; I have had cataract surgery but no dry eyes. Thank you
