Horsetail is one of nature's richest botanical sources, so each tablet joins a 4:1 horsetail extract equal to 2,000mg of horsetail with 200mg of added silica, but silica alone isn't the full answer, so we build it into a complex rather than sell it in isolation.

Each tablet adds 15mg of zinc, which supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails, and 15mg of manganese, which supports normal connective tissue formation, plus boron.
