If you had a c-secti

If you had a c-section (about the care of the incision)???I wanetd to ask if any of you applied some type of topical cream on your incisions to help reduce them after surgery. I have heard 2 contradictory statements about this. The first was that you can use cortizone, though I'm not sure why that but I guess it can work as an anti-inflammatory, any other ideas of why cortizone? The second thing I heard is that you don't want to put anything on bc its a higher risk for infection. That could be true too, unless its based on how long its been since the surgery itself and its to warn you against acting right away. In general I would've thought vitamin E oil, but then why not have that or another specifically scar cream mentioned instead of the cortizone (also mentioned were the neosporin strips). If you applied something, what was it and did you have to wait a certain time to apply it? Also PLEASE specify if it was your doctor's suggestion or your own choice of what was applied!!!!!!

Cellulite be gone!

The dreaded orange peel first started showing up on the backs of my thighs at the age of 23. It dealt a crushing blow to my confidence and affected what outfits I felt comfortable wearing. No it does not help you lose weight, NO it will not make your thighs any thinner, but yes it will help them to be smoother and less crinkly as my daughter put it. My skin is looking firmer and more toned and the appearance of cellulite has lessened.
