Recommended by my relative who is a chiropractor, purchased these reluctantly but glad I did. Been taking them for just over 1 week now and already feel a huge difference, swelling on knees have reduced drastically and the pain near enough zero, back pains have reduced too and feel like there is a significant boost to my daily tasks, taking 3 tablets in the mornings.
