  USA orders are shipped via GFS Ecco UK to USA. This service typically takes 3 to 7 days.
  Should you wish to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade to a Courier service. 
• Prices are detailed below.

• International Delivery
  We use the GFS Ecco service for all normal sized international orders. Delivery times vary by country. 
  In our experience, typical delivery times are:

  • Europe - 5 working days
  • Australia - 10 to 15 working days
  • Asia - 15 working days
  • The rest of the world - 20 working days.

Discreet Billing and Packaging
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. To that end our delivery and billing service is as discreet as possible. 
All orders are shipped in plain unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents of the parcel on any of our outer packaging. 
Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name ‘Pureclinica'. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown below. 

Same Day Shipping
If you place your order before 4pm on any working day (Eastern time for USA), we will dispatch it the very same day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 2pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day.
